What is your soap made from?
A:
Our shea butter soap is created from a glycerin soap base and has added skin loving oils as well as added fragrance and color.
Q: Fragrances
What type of fragrances do you use in your products?
A:
We use both natural and synthetic fragrances in our products. When a synthetic fragrance is used, the product will be clearly marked as "synthetic fragrance". Otherwise the product, except for soap, is 100% natural ingredients.
Q: Preservatives
Do you use preservatives in your products?
A:
No, we do not use preservatives in our products. The shelf life of the average product is 12 months.
Q: Ingredients
What ingredients do you use?
A:
Our ingredients are all natural. We use cocoa butter, shea butter, white beeswax and coconut oils. While our fragrances are man-made, they are less than 2% of the final product. The colors we use are formulated for lip-balms use and thus are suitable for body use.
Q: Usage
How would I use the lotion bar?
A:
Simply rub the bar between your hands or on your body until the oil melts slightly, then massage in the desired amount. Please note that the lotion bar is not formulated for use on the lips.
Q: Shipping Time
How soon after I place my order can I expect to receive my product?
A:
Because each product is made to order, shipping time will be 5-7 calendar days, usually faster.
Q: Return Policy
What is your return policy?
A:
Due to the very personal nature of our products, we are sorry, but we cannot accept returns. However, if there are any concerns, we will work with you to resolve any issues. Customer satisfaction is our priority.

I want to use a credit card, but I don't see where to enter my credit card information.
A:
If you would like to use a credit card on our site, please select the PayPal option. PayPal is our secure credit card processer. When you check out, you will be directed to the PayPal website to complete your transaction.
Q: Registration
Do I have to register to make a purchase?
A:
No. Simply choose the option titled "Proceed without Registering" under the "User Name" and "Password" and your information will not be stored. However, when you are directed to the PayPal cart for checkout, you will have to enter your information again.

What are the benefits of registration?
A:
Not only will you not have to re-enter your information when you come back to our site, but you will occasionally receive special discount codes and email notification of new products. Your credit card information is NOT stored.
